My name is Lorraine Hope and I am a local qualified mobile canine massage therapist with a recognised qualification and many years experience in both human and equine sports massage. I have an in-depth knowledge of canine anatomy and physiology. This enables me to manipulate your dog’s muscles and other soft tissues using four disciplines of massage. This can increase the dog’s mobility, ease muscle pain and soreness and can improve the quality of your dog’s life.
I provide a professional yet friendly service tailored to the needs of your dog or dogs.
Dogs have approximately 700 muscles, accounting for about 44% of their entire body weight. As a skilled massage therapist, I can target specific muscular injuries and give relief to damaged muscles as well as reducing the chronic muscular pain associated with common orthopedic conditions such as arthritis and hip dysplasia.
Canine massage is a safe, complementary therapy for your dog. Many serious conditions can be aided through massage.

Canine massage therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of issues including:

Before I can massage your dog I will need to obtain Veterinary consent. K9 Kernow Massage Therapy acknowledges the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and Exemption Order 2015 by NEVER working upon a dog without gaining prior Veterinary approval.
